The theme of this forum is "reshaping the industrial chain: new technologies, new scenarios, and new advantages", helping industries create new international competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development.

Xu Yingxin, Vice President of China Textile manufacturing Federation and President of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Textile Industry Branch, delivered an opening speech for the forum. Xu Yingxin stated that this year is the beginning year for the industry to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The current important task is to achieve high-quality development in the industry and build a modern textile industry system. The new era and new journey gestate a new future, but at the same time, we also deeply feel that in the current global economic downturn, there are more uncertain and unpredictable factors in textile trade and investment, the recovery situation of the international market is not optimistic, industry exports continue to be under pressure, the domestic consumer market is still gradually recovering, and industry operation is still in the recovery stage. In the face of risks and challenges, we need to be based on the long-term, open and inclusive, actively layout, grasp the initiative, win the initiative of industry development through technological change, open up new fields and tracks in the industry through industrial application of scenario innovation, enhance the resilience of industry development through the shaping of new advantages, effectively coordinate domestic and international dual circulation, and make positive contributions to the stability and development of the global industrial chain.
